Production usually begins after 1 week receiving your order. Shipping typically occurs 1 week after order is complete.

Please allow extra time for shipping as Covid-19 situations may cause a delay in delivery times.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed there is a 7 calendar day grace period to cancel your order. If you need to cancel your order please contact us to do so. Please include your order number and date of purchase.
