• Are the graphics permanent?

  Yes, the graphics are permanently printed on to the plate. The dispenser can easily be upgraded by coming back to the site and ordering new art for the replacement plates.

• Will cleaning chemicals harm the logos?

  Cleaning instructions: Clean and disinfect dispenser as needed using any Hillyard spray and wipe cleaner or disinfectant.

• How to install the plates onto your Affinity Expressions Dispenser?
  1. Clean the face of the dispenser to ensure no dirt or residue remains.
  2. Remove the backing to expose the adhesive. Be careful as it will not be able to be removed once adhered to a surface.
  3. Using one side of the plate, carefully line up the plate with the corresponding space on the dispenser. Slowly lay the plate flat into the space and press completely to adhere.

• What type of file do I need to upload to the configurator?

  File types accepted are SVG, PNG or JPEG.

  If you have a vector logo (ai, eps, pdf) you will need to convert it to SVG, an open source vector format easily saved in Adobe Illustrator. This will ensure the cleanest possible print and is easily scalable without loss of quality.

  If you don’t have Adobe Illustrator or other popular vector editing tool that can export an SVG file you can use a free online converter to output the graphic. Keep in mind an SVG file will not retain Pantone color so you will need to indicate those in the notes section. If you are expecting transparent portions to remain transparent, use properly setup PNG File.

  If you are expecting a full coverage over the entire plate or have square or rectangle artwork use a JPEG.
