Which file types works best for output?
To upload your logo it needs to be an SVG, PNG or JPEG.
If you have a vector logo (ai, eps, pdf) you will need to convert it to SVG, an open source vector format easily saved in Adobe Illustrator. This will ensure the cleanest possible print and is easily scalable without loss of quality.
If you don’t have Adobe Illustrator or other popular vector editing tool that can export an SVG file you can use a free online converter to output the graphic. Keep in mind an SVG file will not retain Pantone color so you will need to indicate those in the notes section.
- Tips:
- Outline text before saving
- Convert outlines to paths

Raster Images will need to be PNG or JPG
If you are expecting transparent portions to remain transparent, use properly setup PNG File. If you are expecting a full coverage over the entire plate or have square or rectangle artwork use a JPEG
File should not be larger than 10MB
(PSD, TIF) will not work.
